I’m at a point in life where I daydreamed about breaking my own jaw just so I can willingly stick to a soup diet lol. Jokes apart, I had braces on for like 6 months and lost a lot of weight. I’m tempted to get braces again 🙃

😆 I have been craving Indian food... well the restaurant Indian food not the home one. I told myself if I can lose these stubborn 4 lbs I am going to feast on butter chicken, dal makhni and palak paneer.

I wanted to go back on my diet tomorrow but I realised something and it’s a major setback. It’s not Monday 😞 I’ll have to wait till next week.

🤣🤣 Okay I don't do that but this is so like my bf. For past 6-7 months he has been telling me when he comes back from his trip (he travels for work) he is going to do a major cleanse (only drink green shakes) and then start his diet. Except the man is on a work trip every other week so it always ends up "after this next trip". He still hasn't done his cleanse. He told me this last night too. I bet when he comes back on Saturday he won't be doing it.

I'm on a diet so have decreased my food intake.


Breakfast - 2 eggs and toast

Drink - 1.7 mL milk

Post breakfast snack - 1.5 bowl of pasta

Mid-breakfast-lunch snack - 1-8 slices of pizza

Lunch - Chicken breast and broccoli.

Post lunch snack - 17 biscuits with tea

Pre-dinner snack - bananas

Pre-dinner snack 2 - Rice (only 2 cups) and dal (1 cup)

Dinner - Salmon and asparagus.

Post dinner dessert - ice cream


If I am hungry in the middle of the night, I'll eat something light like a burger

Damn! Please don't be so hard on yourself. You're young, it's perfectly okay to eat a little more. You're practically starving yourself. Don't do this. Serious advice. 😒

Nice topic.

I eat 3 square meals. If I’m hungry in between meals, I eat fruit / nuts/ a bit of cheese

Breakfast (I never skip it, get a headache if I do) - Dosa/ Idli/ Upma/ sevai/ muesli / eggs and baked beans/ oats with honey and banana

Lunch - Brown rice, any dal or rajma/ chhole/ sprouts etc with dry sabzi and salad.

Dinner - 1 phulka with a paneer dish or mixed veg etc , salad and leftover dal

This is my staple. Non veg is mostly on weekends, chicken or fish instead of the veg/ paneer gravy.
