It's tough to expect people to ignore this. She already called fans many names. She again & again targetting fan's self respect. She talks bad about most loved characters of show & fans openly but no one from ph or channel puts her in place. So what if she is ml fiance,so what if she is creative director friend will this give her leverage to talk whatever nonsense she wants.
