Hey gals , why do you think there is disparity between raghu and pallu dialogue writers

Raghu always get these hard hitting deep meaning dialouges which actually makes sense with his actions where pallu dialogue have been inconsistent or somewhat hard to accept.

is it because of salary difference between both writers or there is communication gap between the writing team 😅
