I always loved Bheem's love for Draupadi. I watched BR Chopra's Mahabharat after that and was looking for Bheem Draupadi angle and lol kept seeing if there was any feelings from Draupadi towards Karn.

Even I didn’t see any such angle in books I’ve read before. But Palace of Illusions is written that way, not sure how much of it is true. Draupadi regrets spurning him during her swayamvar and there is an unspoken connection between them
