That is because in India we are taught to byheart the procedure to solve the problem. No one explains why the problem can be solved that way. Unfortunately good maths skills are so needed to do any of the high paying jobs - be it engineering, computers or Artificial intelligence or Data analysis. I used to teach my girls maths when they came into middle school and my girls were like - Why the heck are you working as a computer engineer when you should be a teacher. You teach so much better than my teachers at school and explain the concepts. Then I realized that I can do a difference here and my better half, my husband was like - you do have 1 life. Do what you want to do. So yes just before the pandemic, I chucked my job and enrolled in credential program. I will be working as a full time year from 2022 school year.

Actually I am changing my career to teaching. I am a Masters in Mathematics from India (gold medallist in Andhra University, Vizag). After I came here I did not know how to get into teaching so I did Masters in computer science and worked in IT for close to 12 years. Now that I have experienced career highs and satisfied with my career, I want to go back to my first love - teaching Maths and inspiring students to love mathematics. Hence the career change. I have last semester in my credential program and I will graduate with my 3rd Masters degree - Masters in Arts of Teaching in December 2021.

i wish i had a teacher like you. Having had such horrible Math teachers that i started disliking it. Your passion for teaching itself speaks volume that you will do fabulously well. All the best for everything! 🤗

Inn saare jhamelon ke beech mein bichara pasta ka murder ho raha hai. I love pasta, cheese pasta that too. Penne and spiral ones are my favorite.😭

Waise Today I cooked Andhra ka famous Tomato daal - Sach bol rahi hoon Tadka dala hi nahin. Itna gussa aa raha hain tadke par ki kya bolu. Sickand thank you for ruining it for me forever.
