Yes. They started with Arunitha and SMP. They released full teaser of Arunitha and this promotion video of SMP by Akshitha mudgal.

They can never come out of their partiality I guess. Even SMP's teaser is under 2 min. Where as others were 5-6 min😡😡😡. Also she had some of best comments like Ajay-Athul but none of them are part of this. For others they recorded their personal narrative. For SMP nothing.😥😥😥

Looks like II12 team really afraid any promotion of SMP might hit their plans badly. They are even afraid to promote her equally🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sayli and SMP had short teasers compared to Arunita, Danish and Pawan. I wouldn't be surprised to see these in the winner and runner up category. But truth to be said, all the contestants teasers are kinda emotional to watch. Such a proud feeling to see their growth.

At this point it makes no sense to Sony promote contestants on winner and runner up category. Atleast they should give equal promotion in finale. It's ok if they have fixed winners in their mind.

Yup their journey as contestants are really good.

For me SMP's journey in Indian Idol represents giving power for girls to break barriers in limitations on what a girl can do in Indian music context, especially at this stage...

Where we have acceptance for male voices with experimentation, not so much for female voice.

I hope many girls take inspiration from this and not hesitate to experiment with their voices and bring their individuality to their music. And hopefully when such girls come up in the future, they would not be judged as harshly..
