The thing is nobody knows the fans who abuse, troll or say mean things.they are faceless people on social media.they can get away with anything.

But he is KDs brother, his one line will be analysed, discussed, trolled.people will get hurt, someone even had a panic attack, emotional breakdown listening to him.so it's better if he avoids the fans, stops replying to their comments, DMs unless it concerns his business.

Exactly! Having a war with fans is the stupidest thing Karan can do! his brother is in the entertainment business, and if the fans/media go against him then it will ruin his career

Omg! Ye thoda jyada hogaya! People should have just ignored him. But I think the language he used that day triggered most of the fans! He shouldn’t have used that kind of language.
