After pd3 to suicide track there was no KC in picture. Adhi also know Malini loves him. Then also he never give any false hope. I don’t think at this stage also he do anything to give hopes for Malini.

But gives time to move on . By that time he can also get over his guilt.

If anything reverse happens then why makers show Adhithya distancing himself after realising his love for imlie . He doesn’t compelled even for divorce… it’s all up to Malini’s decision. He cannot compel her to move on also. That makes him ultra selfish man.
