By definition yes. But she still had a roof above her head and atleast one person to take care of her needs. We haven't seen anything from her past but I would like to think she got appropriate education too. In her own words she was excited for marriage and selecting mehendi design which means her brother had done all arrangements of her marriage too. Pallavi itself told she is orphan many times, so I just want to stick to the definition. Yes she have a brother and he would be a guardian for sure. Regarding raghav he have his Amma alive so he isn't orphan.

Both had their own struggles on their past, in that also no Can say whose pain is big or less because both had different situations.

I already mentioned here and saying again. These are sensitive topics to me so I am refraining myself commenting further on this.
