No I neant you install a VPN and get a US IP address to access the US hotstar account.

I use PSiphon when I want to watch some Indian content on MXPlayer. I VPN to India

Worst case you would have to wait till the next day 6 a.m. to watch 😕

Otherwise there are those fishy sites that you can use.. they upload by about 8 a.m. IST, but the quality might not be great
