Probably clutching at strings here, but there's been an increased chatter about S2 (even that Head of Project hinted at it), and an open ending might allow it post KBC.

As for Param saying no to S2, I think if Akshita comes on board, our dude will have no choice but to say yes 😆

People on Twitter are asking for a season 2 as well. I straight out said that I have no more expectations from Sony now. Once IPZN is over, this channel will cease to exist for me, similar to Sunny. Unless Gul/PH can come up with a way to launch it somewhere that will appreciate IPZN's popularity if not its content (because it's never about content for them) I don't see S2 happening, AS MUCH AS I want it. Such is the time we're living in where shows with absolutely no more stories to narrate get renewed season after season but the ones that rightfully deserve to take the stage gets pushed behind. If Sony hadn't pulled such a dirty and unethical trick, I still would've given it a benefit of doubt perhaps, even with the show going off-air. Even if we do get S2 by some miraculous means, I think both Parakshita and the rest of the cast will be tied up with other projects at that point and won't feel like opening this can of worms once again with Sony because as actors, they deserved much better treatment. This was such a low blow 😡

i completely second this....yes am done with Sony...and i think the IPZN team is too...such a cheap stunt they pulled ...and ITV has no hoes actually...regressive content will be hailed as classic and good content will vanish within months coz a dozen households will decide what he entire nation likes and does not like...if ever a season 2 comes ..it may be on a OTT platform only but then as you said ,it depends on the cast and the PH...as actors they cannot afford to be without work for long ...they will grab the next best thing and work for it...it is their livelihood and they cannot get sentimental.

Sony is a joke in the name of professionalism and ethics...and unfortunately IPZN is not the first show nor the last show that is going to get such low level treatment...
