I definitely want an apology from his end. I'm not sure what type of apology I want to see... but right now, I'm hoping for a soft-hearted apology. It doesn't have to be grand words or with him sobbing (like Virat did in GHKKPM). I think him bringing her over to his tree or him bring her over to his favorite spot in the store and telling her everything, from start to finish about his feelings would suffice... but as you mentioned, even then I don't want her to fully forgive him.

I want her to flinch whenever he reaches toward her so he realizes that he is a man who is much more powerful... using his strength against hers is unfair and uncalled for. I want there to be slight fear when there's any sort of romantic moment between them just so he understands that it's not his smell that turns her off but rather his anger.

And as time goes on, they can slowly do things for each other... things they never expected the other to do like Shiva making her tea in the morning, joking with her at night in their bedroom, offering her to come to the store and then teaching her where everything is and Raavi with setting clothes down for him in the morning, making him his favorite dish whenever Dhara makes foods he feels so so about.

At this point, I don't care how they resolve the conflict whether he apologizes or Raavi forgives him just like that but the bold part should happen.

She flinches away as he fights with her. And he can't help but contrast that earlier she used to fight him back pre marriage. Even at the height of his anger, she had not been afraid that he would physically hurt her and now when he loves her , he sees a hint of fear in her eyes. Earlier she used to run closer to him in trouble and now she flinches away. He is forced to contemplate his behaviour despite she having forgiven him

See , people are not perfect, they do mistakes.i am all for showing an abusive mother in law,if she is called out by the sons or the daughter in laws.she realises her mistake , the makers emphasize.that she is wrong.

The problem arises when problematic characters are put on a pedestal and worshipped.the hero and heroine love her, respect her and won't say a word against her even if she is wrong.this gives a wrong message.

You want to show bad, ruthless insensitive people? Go on .but show them as wrong,show them as villians.

To be honest what is the difference between suman and maami apart from the fact that maami is greedy??

Why is one the villian and the other glorified?

We all feel outraged when maami insults or taunts shiva.suman did the same to dhara, Rishita, raavi.
