You have your freedom of speech and expression but with some reasonable restrictions, you can't over exploit your freedom in this manner because later on if you commit a non bailable offence even I won't be able to save you.

Just like you, even the CVs have the freedom of speech and expression, which includes the freedom of their creativity and they are just exercising that.
