I loved Theon's redemption. That was the best. Sadly he died. From GOT itself, what about jaime?

Exactly. Because she knows Tejo's rudeness is not originated from her insensitive hateful nature or black heart. She is rude due to the love she has for her sister. Her heart is pure and Maami knows this. Even Gippy does which is why he said yes to the plan the moment Maami mentioned Tejo.
