Yes Keerthi chose her partner over her brother.

Amruta won't be chipku, I think. She's being chaperoned by Milind. It's pretty cool to see Milind being invited there and attending to share the special moment with Raghav. He's really accepted Raghav as family. Sanki, on the other hand, was probably not even invited.
