noticed tht... evn tht girl hu goes with Atul whn he faints n Lovely carries him thts nt Anjie...!!! 😆 also in the last shot Riddhima was wearin the helmet n evn Armaan but close up mein they wernt...!!!! also Muskaan whn shes with Bi... in sme shots her hands r free n in sme with the injection...!!! 😆

u know interns do get 18hours of shifts at a stretch....like overnight one....so maybe it technically was tom for them....but he more likely thing is being a blooper i guess!!!
