Oh my gosh i had the exact same thought. That Ved is Mandhar. He has changed his look before but this time they cannot keep changing look for him so they have an actual person instead and that is why they use the memory loss drama and the doctor is also part of this whole plan. I think Ved has the real Mandhar because someone took him from the hospital after he got well.

According to Pallavi, she didnt know Mandhar that much and they met on matrimonial site so how does she know that Mandhar loved her. She didnt love him.

Definitely something is going on with ved and mandhar.
