I won't even blame Arjun completely, it is very obvious he is following Channels order. He must have signed the contract and is doing what he is been asked to.

He is the millenial Krishna and very popular in mytho genre but his post mytho roles haven't clicked as big as say Arjun with Naagin franchise or IMMJ.
