Yes, you can see Dadi-mental hospital doctor shooting in that cabin. You can see it on screen there. I guess Ahaan-Kartik will disguise as doctors and find out the truth. This was day before yesterday. Yesterday they were shooting at Malhotra house house and Ishqi was also at Malhotar house (PAram kissing Akshita's hand😆). So that must be after Savvy;s truth and Ishqi is back in Malhotra house.

i cannot still stop laughing thinking about it 🤣🤣..param is damn lucky ,akshi maan jaati hai..had he spoken to me like that ,,i would have whacked him and not spoken to him for a week
