Pallavi will figure it out and will draw the lines. Give her time. She doesn't see what we're seeing and she doesn't judge Mandaar objectively like we can because she had put him on a pedestal in the past as a person she admires and respected. Remember the way she fondly told Raghav about him when they were talking about her past? It's not going to change overnight because she has no reason to believe he has malicious intent towards her. She feels sorry for him and her basic nature wants to help him recover so that the Ds stop feeling upset about seeing their son in this state.

I don't know why but I get the feeling this whole thing he's doing actually has little to do with Pallavi and more to do with hurting Raghav or weakening him. It feels too much like a Ved move.
