Todays Epi..An Afterthought

Since people have been discussing about today's episode in various topics via numerous posts, thought I would post my humble opinion in my very first topic!

PS Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and I respect that, hope all those reading this do to. I do not mean to offend anyone with my views and apologize in advance if that's the case. All of you are welcome to add your own thoughts!

After watching today's epi, which has been building up on the two previous good ones.. Its ok to be mad at an assortment of characters! Hehe.. Yes, the elders should've played a hand at advising KA to sort things out before jumping to conclusions resulting in divorce under false pretences whereby either of the two signatures (at first) were forged. If there had been clearer communication between KA that wouldn't have happened! What couple doesn't have fights/misunderstandings, KA did too but before this whole mishap, they used to say what was on their mind. However, now that things have changed and people have moved ahead at an astonishingly fast pace, what else could Anjali have said when Kavya apologized?

In her own way, she's right; just saying sorry doesn't improve her prospects, sooo much has happened! Anjali can't say to Kavya; leave Pammi and come back to me as it would be extremely selfish, goes against her character and would make her seem weak. Secondly, it would hurt a lot of people, something that isn't part of Anjali's nature. On the other hand, she did give him an option which might've seemed sensible in the heat of the moment. By making his second marriage work, according to Anjali, proves that he's a somewhat sensible person who has learned from his experiences and doesn't make the same mistake twice. Doing so, may redeem his actions and prove that Kavya is the same man she loved. As far as Yug is concerned, it was Anjali's decision to get engaged. Once Anjali commits to something she goes the whole 9 yards, it would look silly now if she says; Oh my ex-husbands apologized and alls well, I don't want to marry you anymore Yug! Albeit, the fact that Anjali seems to have taken to him so soon is a bit questionable as it stands true that Kavya still hasn't been able to accept Pammi completely. Anjali should seriously consider this decision of hers as it should not be taken lightly or on a rebound since that would make her no different from Kavya. It would mean hurting and somewhat deceiving Yug, which wont be right. He's better off being her true friend than an undervalued husband.

As far as Pammi's concerned, her constant lies and feeble attempts at keeping Kavya by her side is plain PATHETIC! She continuously proves herself to be weak willed and manipulative in quite a sad and grossly comical way! I shall end this mammoth of a post by pointing toward the fact that Anjali should have, however (once he'd realized and apologized), accepted the fact that Kavya is the father and he may only get as involved with the baby as he proves being worthy of. ALSO, the Nanda's are wrong to ask Kavya to forget about Anjali, just yet. What they don't fully comprehend is that she is pregnant with Kavya's child and so he does have some rights in this matter. Whatever happened in the past should stay there, the baby hasn't even been born so its not like he mistreated his own child, harmed it in anyway or scarred it for life (mentally or physically).

That's all I can think of right now, I know most of us want KA together and would think up numerous slightly unrealistic ways at times to get them back but what we should keep in mind is that things don't always work that way in practical life or the real world, its only on celluloid that outlandish stuff happens.. Course that doesn't mean we should let go of the hopeless romantic in each of us! Hehe.. Umeed pay duniya qaim hai!
