Whether or not she gets her share of limelight here..she is gonna shine in the music world. I am glad she adapted when votes were crucial while still maintaining her uniqueness. Call it whatever ..but after that she was pleasant to hear..

Nevertheless she is a Rockstar with all her innovations and now the world is her stage. I m rooting for her success

Starting part is not upcoming episode, it is from her duet with Ashish. I don't know about internal link but this guy made many SMP videos most of them are facts. I never saw him making fake stuff.

While I love her initial performances too.. I still think of her performance on ye kaali kaali aankhen, Saare ke Saare, roop tera.. there was madness in them where she used to mix so many genres. My gripe then was that they were trying to fit her into a single type based on the creatives' pre conceived notions, which she obviously isn't. They didn't even make her sing in a few episodes giving perception that she would not be able to sing regular songs without falsettos.

But I am also glad she adapted and showcased her pure singing prowess too.. I am also glad they gave her various opportunities to showcase various genres..

Now I hope she brings a mix of both singing styles and shines further...

Iam expecting a fusion with kay sera sera because last time Ashish and SMP beautifully played with scale changes and mixed styles in between them. As she will be trying solo I think she will try mixing classical and western. Will be interesting to see what she does. In the BTS there was Kazoo in her hand again by the way.

Good analysis. Actually in my opinion SMP is one of few singers who can carry all spectrum of singing styles and modulate her voice accordingly with ease. The way she sings ragas with pitch perfect notes and ease she can sing falsetto, operatic or whistle notes with the same ease.

After reading all this I wanted one more pure classical from her like Bhare naina.

I don't remember her every performance but to me her duets with AK were the best n when she performed on girls like to swing in honey Singh special absolute madness tha usme !
