Surinder kaur and Asa singh mastana are the Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi of punjabi music.. but they are very old, my dad's childhood. Really nice old folk songs in their kitty.

I haven't heard of Jugni jugni from katru veliyadai.. is that punjabi?

A very off league song, is in punjabi but doesn't seem to be, looks like used in some south film.😆

Try Satinder Sartaaj too, some nice thhet punjabi songs different from what other new age punjabi singers make (all show shaa and foo faa)🤣 His are some deep and meaningful songs. Don't know how much of the punjabi you'll understand though, I myself don't get some of the words he uses.🤣
