Surinder kaur and Asa singh mastana are the Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi of punjabi music.. but they are very old, my dad's childhood. Really nice old folk songs in their kitty.

Try Satinder Sartaaj too, some nice thhet punjabi songs different from what other new age punjabi singers make (all show shaa and foo faa)🤣 His are some deep and meaningful songs. Don't know how much of the punjabi you'll understand though, I myself don't get some of the words he uses.🤣
