Yep... had Indu not used her usual tactics to steal all proves and, in the process, also hurt Sarthak, they'd had chances of winning by fighting normally.

Anu had to provoke the other lawyer because she knew nobody would believe her or listen to her.

Also, the line "Maa sab jaanti hain" reminded me of when Kalyani had just found out about Mukku being Moksh and told him the same while talking about I don't remember what, maybe after Sarthak and Avni had scolded Kallu or Mukku.
