Why could Chitrangada Singh not become a star?

Despite being talented and beautiful

1. Never got enough chances nor she herself explored the parallel genre.

2. Got relegated as a C lister, only for doing small roles or item numbers in big budget movies.

3. Disinterest and misogyny that audience has against married actresses.

No one praise her in the industry like they like to praise the untalented industry kids with average beauty

That's so sad because she is very talented and gorgeous as well.

What a talent and beautiful woman, really disappointed she never got enough chance
