Exactly Whose husband is Aditya?

Personally, I don't think Aditya deserves either Malini or Imlie, but who ia truly Aditya's wife?

Forced marriages are illegal and can be criminally penalized. So does that make Malini Aditya's wife?

But then Imlie and Aditya were married traditionally does it mean Imilie is Aditya's wife?

Some legal bod explained it on one of these forum articles. Imlie's was a traditional wedding and the first wedding so that should count though forced. If it was disputed when Adi got to Delhi it could be annulled but he didn't, so after a certain length of time it would be considered accepted and therefore legal, especially if it was later registered.

Malini's would only be legal if Imlie's wedding was dismissed. Otherwise Malini's marriage is bigamous, therefore null and void and illegal.

Imlie and Aditya wedding was done with all rituals, all the villagers and head of village were witness of this wedding, yes it was forced and on gunpoint, but both of them did all the rituals!

After that, Imlie kept a faith in the rituals, while Aditya denial the fact of his marriage, but he took her with him, yes he wanted to left her at NGO but for her safty when some villager want to take her back to the village he defend her and acknowledge her as his WIFE !

None of them after that complain to police about it!

And now they both accept the relation!

As per my reading about lows in India, if a force marriage of tribal village have been done, and the two parties didn't complain to dismiss the marriage in some period of time it count a legal marriage

So for me , Imlie is the wife 🤗

According to Tribal law even a forced is legal in India. I think so . Somewhere read like that

In Imlie land AdiNi marriage is legal. And to AdiLie they r married in their heart😆
