It's just very confusing to me, I feel like CVS have made it clear that FaTejo is end game and even Tejo said to Jasso that even God can't undo what you did, implying that she'll never be able to get Fateh back. But seems like she's getting him back. Unless they are going down the KCR route, it doesn't make sense for Fateh to have an EMA with Jasso.
