Jab bhi Pallavi stress mein hoti this, Nikhil ko dikhta tha, chahe kissi aur ko dikhe na dikhe. And unlike others, he would try to take action to reduce her stress- be it offering to do yoga with her, or getting into the smuggling mess to ease her financial burden, or giving her cash when she's leaving with Siddhesh and Pawani, or leaving in the middle of the night to look for her and defying his father in the process, or making sure she ate something when Vijay was hospitalized and she was recovering from Raghav's defamation waala night.

Day one se, he was cognizant of the pressures on her- jahaan baakiyon ki demands aur expectations khatam nahi hoti thi, Nikhil would think twice before asking for things. No one else ever tried to help her with DSE, but he helped her develop an online presence. He was so angry at Raghav after the jail and shaadi fiasco, but he put it aside to investigate, for her sake.

If there is anyone in this show who has wholeheartedly always loved Pallavi the way she deserves, from day one, it's him. Haan, baccha hai, galtiyaan ho gayi, but woh bachpane ke kaaran, but intention humesha on point thi.

And that is why I adore the character.

I was one of the first folks on the Forum to stan him & stand by his side

Glad to see gradually everyone came to see him the same way for all that he tried to do for Pallavi, his Di❤️

This!! All of this is the reason why i love Nikhil's character.

He is the only deserving person for Pallavi's love and care.

I am glad it was for him that she took the deal and married Raghav.

Also I know it might be a small thing but my respect for him came when his friend asked him to just tell Pallavi to get him a new phone for his videos but he denied and explained that Pallavi already does so much for the family and he cannot put anymore burden on her

Instead he want to ease that burden by jobs and his videos.

I think he won my heart that day

Clearly two show is going on here one on star plus another one on delusion land. So koi fayda nehi chessa explain karne ka. Fans will believe what they want to believe.

Same here Sonia!! Main shuru mein active nahi this, but he's been one of my absolute favorite characters since day 1, and I'm so happy he's yet to let me down!

But it doesn't make him 'praiseworthy'- this is the bare minimum one expects from a halfway decent person.

It's not a great thing. It's a basic quality, nothing great. If a person does not even have that, he is not a human.

Same. Paralleled against all the demands and pressures on her, that phone waala scene won my heart.
