He will suddenly remember that kitchen work will tire her, nine months ke baad he will let her romance with fridge, stove and cooker.

Technically, getting one can get pregnant within a night. Body doesnot know paheli baar hai ki nahi, no matter how many times the deed is done, (or not done at all), female body undergo same cycle every month.

Human egg lives for 24 hours max. If within this period if the egg is fertilized, voila pregnancy has a solid chance.
