Aab it is like koi bhi chalega as long as they keep Ani happy... which just makes me really angry because it is as you said, he seems very selfish and his priority is just Ani's happiness.

In fact, all of them are quite selfish except Ani and Bon, no one cares about Bondita's well being at all... which is a sad state of affairs for women during that time.

Exactly. I used to think Trilochan really loves her as his own daughter. But he proved that at the end of the day she was their daughter in law, someone easily forgettable. It's always the son who comes first. He declared to make VJ the eldest DIL of the family so easily, without even a momentary thought to Bon. And yet in laws like this will want their DIL to be caring about them. Hypocrisy at it's best.

True. Except Anidita and Bihari too, all are so selfish and disloyal. Look at that Sumati too. She too has taken a complete u turn. Now she is provoking Bon against Ani.

Did not expect these from Trilochan and Sumati atleast. Both are disgusting.
