She clearly doesn't have any empathy for Virat or Sai . Else , she would have seen how Sai is being treated in that house with no one to call her own 🥺. She has no empathy even for Virat, so expecting anything for Sai is almost impossible. Remember the hospital scene how she said to herself I know what I want and what I need to do for that after Virat requested her to leave, then forcefully tried to stop Sai inspite of Virat call for her.

I am guessing it will , why else would they do outdoor shooting and take Virat outdoor. Also the impact will be much higher for Virat if it happens right in front of him and can later get nightmares 😆😆😆.

Also if Virat is not there how will anyone know she is from the c gang since she didn't take her phone or anything else with her 🤔

The only romance and physical proximity we get in ghum is like today. Even that is exactly the kind of thing he shouldn't be doing when somebody has been in an accident.
