A thought crossed my mind today- when Mandaar hears it from Pallavi that she loves Raghav and doesn’t want to do anything with him, his obsession might turn into rage. Kind of ‘tum meri nhi ho skti toh kisi ki bhi nhi’ he might try to hurt her, maybe even kill her. Now I know many have been waiting for a Pallavi getting shot track because they want to see the protective side of Raghav - but I can’t bear it, it’s so hurtful. I know it’s fiction and I am myself confused, I have never felt attached to characters before.

Then the sexual assault of FL by a stalker scene from KHKT, Sikku’s previous show came to my mind- it was so graphic. I don’t even want to imagine something like that happening to Pallavi. My heart is hurting even as I type this.

Please sicku, keep it all light. Nothing too much, please. I want these two to be fine 😭

Even if it doesn’t go this way, there are number of ways M can hurt Raghvi and I don’t feel prepared to see them sad 🥺 They were just starting to be happy!

@bold If makers are trying that, then there will be some positives in it too. I am sure they will not go to that extent; makers are different here....cliché wale scenes ko fascinating banate hai yeh log.

@violet - Sexual assault is what I was talking about. I want Pallavi to protect herself; she does not need anybody other than herself. Maybe I want Raghav to be beside her for emotional support, but other than that I will never want her to sit in a corner and cry. If they are making such a thing, then they should make a police case too. There`s no way we can tolerate an assaulter being ghar ka ladla. 😡

I feel many people watch the show with their own interpretations rather than what the creative's are trying to convey. In the Mirchi prank Raghav tells Pallavi that in the first bite itself he knew that Pallavi was angry with him for hurting her baba and hence he quietly eats the food to allow her to punish him to her heart's content. He does not even take honey from Jaya - he takes it only when Pallu feeds him and asks him to have it. That is Raghav's character - one who willingly takes on punishment if he is in the wrong. And the character of Pallavi is of forgiving one - one who is fierce for her family but is humane enough to forgive the other person.

For me love story works only when both the characters complement each other and that is what MHRW scores for me.

I don' t know why people think Raghav would be angry on Pallavi. Raghav knows what all Pallavi went through for saving the shop and he thinks she is doing all that for her father. In fact he is shocked on the night of his reception to know that all Pallavi did was for her in-laws. He knows exactly what they mean for her and that is what he says in the precap - that the D family will exploit her goodness and ask her to come back to the family for their son's sake. He is scared that Pallavi might even do it for the bond she had earlier with them. Also the way their marriage was and the initial tortures Raghav did to Pallavi are acting as gashing wounds which have not healed and are making Raghav insecure.

Pallavi has moved on from D family but she still has the bojh on her mind that the family lost their young son. What she is trying to do is to get the family their son back so that she can get over that guilt. Once Mandar pushes her in the wrong way then she is going to realise that the effort is not worth it and is going to firmly take a stand. Raghav has to be patient till then because till this time Pallavi gave him the support he needed - to face his past, to grow and to make amends with his family. Now it is Raghav's turn to help Pallavi grow beyond the D family by breaking the shackles that bind her
