If we go by the definition "the term billionaire refers to an individual with assets or a net worth of at least one billion currency units in their native currency" , then it would mean holding assets/net worth of atleast rupee 100 crores in Indian context..

I don’t think they care about oral health that much in India. All the desi rich men like actors and business men seem to have nasty teeth or teeth that are not aligned properly. It must be a cultural thing.
