Yes he will not give divorce easily but I have no idea about divorce procedure in our country. Does the cases drag on for years if one party refuse to give divorce? How long does it take to get a divorce?

Yes dear it drags for years .. mutual consent hai toh jaldi hota h but without that itz tough and one more issue h before getting divorce a time period is given by the court where they have to live together for 3 months i suppose where they can reconsider if they want a divorce or not 😔

Divorce cases are fairly quick and if he refuses to give divorce then the case goes to court like a legal battle and in that situation if the court grants divorce then he has to accept. And iss case mein all our anna has to do is put the fear of life and RR in the judge or could give incentive to the judge to rule in their favour. 😁😜 Wese toh if legal battle takes place anyways the case will go in favour of RR and Pallavi because the choice of the woman is usually given preference.

If the divorce is mutual then no legal battle the judge simply asks whether the couple is sure and then grants divorce kinda like that

Yeah but in this case they will be filing for annulment so yeh 3 months wala pacchda nahi hoga and this time period may also be waived if one is unwilling like in this case they won't force a woman to accept another man as her husband for 3 months when in reality they had no marriage at all and she has one with Raghav and then come again after 3 months.

This is the logical scenario but ab itv kya dikhayenge idk.
