That guy zain never gave a f*** about rabiya the FL nor did they share any rapport unlike fateh and Tejo before wedding. Fateh here even though is emotionally indecisive right now and according to me is a d***head but he is truthful about his friendship and bond with Tejo. He values her unlike the Pakistani show zain show who was plainly evil. Fatehs ego currently is hurt not his heart but that is something he isn't aware of, yes he is frustrated and hurt bcaz of jasmine but he is also sure about Tejo as a life partner. In the Pakistani show he just brings home a second wife and kicks FL out and dose'nt give two hoots about his newborn baby girl. I know my post might sound like I'm in favor of fateh, hell no I never liked him he's just not my type. He is indecisive and to dependant on others. Me as individual have always been practical and emotionally sorted about my life ,career and relationships so he just too much to handle but there is still scope for fatehs redemption and character as he as a person isn't evil just confused and he can take a stand and fight his turmoil once he faces it which will happen once he realises he has lost Tejo. While zain the Pakistani show guy was always clear about rabiya he always ill treated her and even in the end when he comes back to her he comes out of selfishness not love. And the most important point is the character umair who loves the female lead is a guy I wish existed more in real life. He loves her through all her ups and downs. He stands by her even when everybody else betrays her. He loves her like since he was young. Poor guy he is blamed and cheated and tricked by his own family but he never stops loving rabbiya the FL. His character was a true jem. Amrik ki baat kaare toh woh ghadha hain nalayak kameena, ek number ka gair guzara, awal darze ka dhakaan hain .he is stupid and has nothing to offer to Tejo. So either fateh redeems himself where he strives has to move mountains literally beg for her suffer till his lungs livers organs fail and then Tejo forgives him as he has truly deeply fallen for Tejo bas jaana ehsaas hona baaki hain ya toh phir koi naaya ladka like Keith sequeira or namish paul or maybe Karan tacker I don't know any good looking mature guy.

So even though there are some similarities of streaks between koi chand rakh and udaariyaan their too different character wise. I rest my case bohot likh liya itna Padhai aur exam main likha hota toh I'd be topping my college classes now.

Oh ok, I didn’t see the show so I didn’t know. Either way love triangles are very common, let’s see what the makers do over here.

Yeah I watch alot Pakistani, Indonesian, Brazilian, Turkish shows just not hindi. I just can't stick to one show so long. And if Indian I prefer marathi TV shows even though they can be crap too but in Marathi just like our cinema there are some truly amazing TV show masterpieces to be true which hindi TV can never make. The best thing about regional TV I mean marathi TV is that extra marital and three four weddings are greatly disregarded there have been four five shows that tried three four marriages but got trolled and dissed badly by the audience. In Marathi the thing is second marriages happen when the first husband is a jerk or has become pyaar to bhagwanji Matlab Tapak gaaya ho toh hi, the concept of plastic surgery and complete body transplant is still alien to Marathi television.

I've seen a few marathi shows with my parents and plastic surgery and EMA are not shown thankfully.

His second meeting, they argued again.

And it went on.

Firstly he was intimidated by her. Tejo was definitely someone who cared Nothing for any criticism and she shone brighter and tougher.

When he found out about Jasso being in the Ball, he immediately refused to entertain the notion that Jasso wants to go to Canada. He says that may be she was attending it. He concludes that Jasso will be someone who will want to remain in Punjab and love the state; better the place and work for the people.

So that was a life partner he had envisioned. The woman he expected Jasmine to be.

Instead it became reverse. Tejo became that woman who had similar dreams to his Father that he had adopted as his own and Jasmine wanted Canada. He loved Jasmine and took over her dreams as his own.

Even while choosing the ring, he saw Tejo sacrifice her choice to support Jas's sentiments of having her wear the Family ring. Fateh immediately concludes that Jasso will be like this too.

So ultimately, he was deluding himself by plastering Tejo's qualities on Jasmine. His Delusions blew up spectacularly on his face.

Also, there was the matter of empathy that coloured their relationship. Tejo pitied Fateh because she knew her sister's obsession with Canada. She tried her hardest to dissuade him and he knew that she felt bad for him. This already put him in an inferior position to her.

Tejo's friendship to him was a lifeline. He kept hanging onto it and depended heavily on it. She saw him at his lowest; when he had no money of his own and she lent him hers. She had always been at a powerful position to him in comparison.

He could only become her friend when she felt weak. His trust on her Strength, his support made her regain herself and that actually made their friendship. Except for that moment, Tejo had never needed Fateh but Fateh had always needed Tejo.

Tejo thus became more and more important. And that's the truth isn't it? Tejo was always superior in his eyes, and he supposedly loved Jasmine. Which is why he began calling her his best friend; a relationship that Bound her to him without the added layer of his subtle inclination towards her. No wonder Nimmo was critical of their relationship. The comfort level they shared and his dependence on her plus his trust spoke volumes than his 'love' for Jasso.

I haven't seen the show in those episodes, so can't say anything, but I feel like Fateh enforced 'best friend' tag because at some level he's aware of his inclinations towards tejo. I happened to see a scene where some sorta function is happening (idk tejo/jasmine), tejo is upset and everyone else, her own family is dancing around not at all noticing her. Fateh immediately catches her expressions, and goes after her. My point he used to pay already too much attention to her).

And maybe Nimmo just caught on this, being a sharper person than anyone else around?

Gosh I wish someone says something down that line to him he any way has unseen not visible to the eyes inferiority complex and agar yeh cheez usa sunna ko mili tauba tauba he'd swallow his own seeds. Future generation forever at risk impotent without nasbandi. Rajiv Gandhis aatma may smile looking down from heaven.

Oh Nimmo definitely did. And since I always shipped Tejo with Fateh in those days...meri aakhe sabhi scenes ko double read karti thi.

When they first come to Virk house, Amrik and Buzzo take Jasmine away to advise her about how to deal with Maachi. Fateh comes outside but Jasso isn't there. Tejo is and he helps her take the gifts inside. They are so busy laughing and talking that they don't notice the people looking at them. Nimmo eyes them shrewdly and calls out to Tejo as Jasmine.

It was a seriously easy mistake to make.

It is then that they clarify that it is Tejo, Jasmine's sister and Fateh's best friend. Fateh then again pulls her away for work and Nimmo keeps eyeing them.

Tejo is arranging sweets in front of the worship place and Jasso leaves her for a moment. Fateh immediately comes and sits by her and both start laughing and talking again as he keeps helping her. Nimmo watches them again.

During their Sangeet, Tejo all of a sudden remmebers her failed marriage while dancing and becomes emotional. She smiles and goes away from there to the terrace to cry her heart out. Fateh immediately senses that something is wrong and rushes to her leaving his own function. He sees her sobbing and sits near her saying that he understands how she must be feeling; after all her tragedy is so recent. And now she has to pretend that she is all well, when she is breaking inside. He then encourages her that without Jas the fraud and no more pressure to marry, she can fulfill her own dreams. She is a strong woman and doesn't need anyone to help her for that. (This is the Fateh I adored🥺 ...ab dekho ise)

He gives her a side hug and Nimmo, her husband, Phupha and his wife see them from downstairs and suspect them of Having an affair.

Also even before Nimmo, the day the Virk's came to Sandhu house, all the youngsters sat together and gossiped. Abhiraj apparently always suspected that Fateh entered their house for the girls. Apparently he bet that Fateh had come for Tejo and Navjot said that he had come for Jasso😆

Amidst this Tejo goes for some work and Fateh immediately follows her (Yeh uski purani habit hain...to follow Tejo wherever she goes)

He tells her thanks and she syas "Maine Pyar Kia". Fateh is immediately alert and asks who is boy, abruptly serious. Just the way he questioned her when she said she had a boxer friend (rather possessive in his tone). She laughs and says it's the film where friendship has no thankyou or sorry. They have a happy banter and the two grandmother's see them. They bless them that they have a beautiful relationship of friendship and are very similar in their care for family and loved ones. (I disagreed. Fateh left his family for Jasso...uska toh jhol hi hain)

So yeah....it's not a surprise that Nimmo eyed them that way.

OK I think u should we some amazing shows In Marathi if romance then julun yeti resham gathi, eka lagnachi Dusri goshta, if suspense asambhav and agnihotra, faster fene .if somewhat comic but relatable then shriyut gangadhar tipre it was a satire then chuk bhul dyavi Gaavi, Ambat goad. There are many great marathi shows extremely well written and presented like agnihotra a classic example of what great actors, screenplay and story telling can do. Watch julun yeti resham gathi, shriyut gangadhar tipre and chuk bhul dyavi Gaavi they are available on YouTube I personally suggeste you would love these shows extremely simple and non complex story telling.

@bold Wow, that is not foreshadowing, that is a time traveler throwing future on their face.

Fateh...from all the examples, is an extremely flawed character. Though for the sake of my sanity, I am not gonna watch the show for a few weeks, but they will define his character forever. There are already things that I didn't like about him but he still managed to redeem himself. While I have favored throwing him into a volcano/toilet bowl every now and then, at certain points he surprised me in a good way. I definitely did not think of him as a bright dude, considering he fell for jasso(seriously who tf would fall for thee epitome of vain dumb blonde...she's like the mean girl from a HS drama), but at certain points he is sharper than Tejo. There is grey, flawed character who constantly learns, and I hope Fateh follows that path. I have started to like him... 😢 In that rain episode, he was shocked to the core reminiscing about his behavior, and just so sorry.
