Ahilya was seen praying for Khander Rao in front of Shivji. There in Kishanji's house, Khander Rao was trying desperately to open the lock using his sword by creating lots of noise. There Kishanji in his bedroom woke up hearing the noise and goes out of his room to investigate what's wrong. Tukoji Rao says to Khander Rao that they should leave today and gonna come back tomorrow by making keys as anyone might come here anytime hearing such noise. Khander Rao told that they had taken such risk to come here and they can't leave like that today. Still he agreed with Tukoji and decided to leave while he sees a pin in the ground and then again he tries to open the lock with that pin. Finally he became successful in breaking the lock and began checking the documents inside the tijori/locker. After a bit of searching, he finally gets Hiralal's property paper. Then he puts the broken lock to the tijori handle and decided to leave. They closed the locker room. Kishanji comes at the peak time but Khander Rao and Tukoji got time to hide themselves. Kishanji saw that the locker room is closed and decided to check whether everything is alright inside. In the meantime, Khander Rao and Tukoji ran away from the house. Tukoji suggests to leave through the back side door of the house as its safe and while going, they blew off the fire torches. Kishanji on entering the locker room, saw that the lock is broken and realises that someone had broken inside his house and then heard the sound of their leaving the house. He ran immediately to search for them but couldn't see anything in the dark. He wakes up his people to check on them.Khander Rao and Tukoji finally got out of the house safely and met his friends.
On returning the palace, Khander Rao shows the property paper to Ahilya. Ahilya checks both the property papers (one brought from Kishanji's house and the other showed by Gunoji) and smelled chandan from the document brought by KR today from Kishanji's house. She told it to both of them. Then Tukoji too smelled the same and began examining both the papers with a magnifying glass. He told Ahilya and Khander Rao that the thumb impressions are different in both the papers and says that chandan is generally used to remove stains of blood. Khander Rao then said that this means Kishanji physically forced Hiralal to give his thumb impression in the paper and due to this, his blood stains are there on this paper. Tukoji said that Kishanji changed the document after Hiralal's death rituals, thinking that no one will verify the document. Ahilya then asks what will be their next step. Khander Rao told that now they have to make Kishanji admit this in front of Malhar Rao, so that Hiralal's family gets proper justice.
Next morning, Ahilya & Khander Rao was seen praying in front of Shivji. Gautama Bai comes and gives shabhashi/appreciation to Ahilya for supporting her husband & told Khander Rao to not worry when he is supporting the side of the truth & perform his duty with firmness by going to the Darbar. But Khander Rao told that Dwarka Bai may feel bad for this and he doesn't want that to happen. Gautama Bai told him not to take Gunoji's name in the Darbar in this case. Khander Rao left for the Darbar. Gautama Bai and Ahilya decided to go to the darbar too. GB said as its his first venture, they need to go & see that with their own eyes.
There Gunoji came to meet Sita Bai before going to the Darbar. Gunoji says that he had come to see whether his wife is missing him here or not. She told him to drink kesar milk before going to the Darbar. He asks whether your mother said anything to you. She told that she knows that Khander Rao is trying to prove him responsible in this case but her mother had told her that as long as she is alive, his respect won't be hampered. Dwarka Bai comes and tells him that one shouldn't do such thing so that the other person can point fingers at him. One servant came and said to Gunoji that Malhar Rao had called him immediately to the Darbar. Gunoji left while Sita Bai said to her mother that he had just come here and couldn't finish the kesar milk too. Dwarka said that he can drink kesar milk later but now most important for him is to go to the Darbar. She said to her daughter that she believes that Khander Rao won’t be able to succeed and he will surely miss something & then Malhar Rao will understand the difference between his son & son-in-law and realise Gunoji's importance.
On coming to the Darbar, Malhar Rao said that he had to call him as the matter of discussion belongs to his karyashetra/workplace and Khander Rao wanted to tell something regarding Hiralal's property matter. Gunoji reassures MR that there is nothing to talk about and everything is alright regarding Hiralal's property case. Malhar Rao said that Khander Rao still want to have a discussion related to this. Khander Rao then asked Tukoji to bring Kishanji in the Darbar and he had been brought there with his hands tied up. Gautama Bai and Ahilya was observing from the top class of the Darbar.

Kishanji admits his crime after interrogation by KR & MR and declares that he is not alone and there are others who had helped him in this crime. Gunoji seemed very tensed on hearing this.
