Aps ji, she said that in most cases the couples might have actually come to a resolve to get divorced so no, point in that. I these days theres no promise that they would not kill each other too. And since its Covid nowadays the cases are not being prioritised by the courts because they apparently have 'bigger' issues. So mostly its not a practical thing to do. Its better to settle it as soon as possible
