I have a slight inkling that if they Want to go the Ramayana route, Gautam could be shown as the stepson of Suman and not the real one. She could be Kaikeyi and throw the lead couple out, Shiva can be the Lakshman goes away, Dev and Rishita can be the Raja and Patrani. This way they can fetch TRPS.🤣

I am here with my glass half full moments to narrate how very beautifully subtle nuances are kept intact despite the overall pace💔 being so haphazard.

I am going to talk about Raavi and the brothers. Today, she said that she has grown with the three of them, and is equally close to everyone.

The first thing that struck my mind was Shiva. That part of it, I am going to mull over it later. But, if you see Raavi from childhood used to hover around the brothers for fun during ceremonies, dances and functions.

She had been a silent spectator to all the joys and a participant to their shenanigans. When the Pandya Brothers have fun together, they generally do not have scope for anyone else! But, Raavi always lurks around.

In this scene Raavi is hanging around all of them just as she would in her childhood. Also, in yesterday‘s episode, we see Raavi being teased by all the brothers laughing simultaneously at her. This shows her precious understanding of the entire Pandya family. She is not a typical Bahu. She has always been a part of this family, and a witness to their trials and tribulations. No wonder Rishita feels cornered and left out. She can never have a part of the family that Raavi is privy to.

According to the writers if you have a room and privacy, you can get pregnant. That is the premise the whole track is built on, After all this room drama, if Dhara doesn’t become pregnant, the makers will get another troll post from me for sure😕

This is the reason why I feel she deserves better!

She is the cherry on a cake, she is the sweetness of gulab jamun.

She is the tweety bird, the rose flavored ghola and the butterscotch ice-cream.

Her cuteness is irresistible and people in the house behave as if that munchkin never exists.

Usse kitchen mein khana banana aur bacchon wali bottle service karne ke liye use kar rahe hai😭

Weirdly enough, I picked up on an interesting shot. If you notice the scene where Gautam picks up Dhara and hugs her, there is a divide. The entire family behind Suman and GauRa separated from them. Shiva is not part of the scene but Raavi is.

I can see this being a potential track for trps. Plus the cvs love HSSH. Although, I wouldn’t mind seeing a GauRa vs Suman & Other Sons conflict. If it means bhabhi jaap finally takes a back seat and we are shown real conflict, I’m all for it. No matter how much we love someone, there are times we will rethink our relationship. Dev & Shiva standing by their mom and respectfully steppjng away Dhara has potential for so much conflict. Yes, it’ll be OTT and good for trps, but there will be room for raw emotions and conflict. Plus both couples can get the chance to grow. But if Shiva leaves with Dhara, it’ll be back to bhabhi love 😆

Also completely agree about Gautam and his actions being out of character. Can’t believe they are messing with one of the best written characters on their show for Bhabhi Mahaan Hain Mission 😒😆

I am yet to place your name, but in real life, I am a very objectively scrutinising person. Hence, you'd rarely find any polarising opinions from me.

Overall, the show has bad writing. But, there are subtle moments where the storytelling is nice. When you are catering to an audience as diverse as the demographics of Indian television shows, the pressure to meet TRPS, Keep the show afloat from a sustainable business point of view, it’s not easy to balance the writing.

That’s why storytelling is extremely subjective. What might be content for you, might be a piece of boring crap for others. What might be silly for you, might be a source of entertainment for others. That’s why, entertainment is highly subjective. No wonder shows where Chana, cooker, bhindi are talked about work wonders. It is Because 7:30 viewing time is majorly reserved for gender roles of chopping vegetables putting the seeti on pressure cooker. I have personally seen this at my in-laws place. The TV is just switched on as a background noise. If there are conversations around cooking, my mother-in-law would take interest, otherwise she would just change the channel

Generally, I am passionately detached, and attached to something at the same time. It’s my technique for self preservation, self awareness and defence mechanism for avoiding heartbreak.
