Firstly- what great framing in this shot! Kaun kiski side pe rahega, it's extremely clear.

Also, interesting that Pallavi referred to Mandaar as 'tum', when she's always referred to him before in the more respectful form of talking, the 'aap' form rather than the 'tum' form- 'unke' instead of 'uske'.

I liked that it was Sulochana being conniving in that moment, and not Vijay- no matter how detestable Vijay may be, he's still human. It would have been too much for me if in that moment also, Vijay was thinking of winning.

Also interesting that Pallavi feels Milind missed Mandaar more than Vijay did- the father/son dynamic was most definitely strained, then. I hope we find out more about this.

I'll come back in a bit with my thoughts on RaghVi throughout the episode, starting from this scene- too many feels to phrase it coherently right now.

Amma was such a mom today- saying the right things, wearing a bright but reassuring smile to comfort the kids. Also, we have gotten these glimpses before also, but today again reinforced what a strong relationship Jaya and Ajit had. She spoke from experience, of knowing what it means to have a partner through thick and thin.

Totally agree on this take. I too felt it will be Sulo who will let the cat out of the bag and will try to stop Pallavi from leaving. All she wants is to separate Raghav - Pallavi by hook or crook. Pallavi has stirred a bee's bonnet - it is going to sting back at her. I am desperately waiting for Aayi and Milind to be back. And Raghav is going to be pallavi's shield. The way he totally took off Mandar's hand and said - Woh tumhara biwi tha ab meri wife hain. He ain't going to leave Pallavi - no matter what.

One thing that stuck me during this scene was Mansi's jealousy. When she saw Mandar and Raghav were fighting over Pallavi - she was totally jealous as if how come 2 people are fighting over her. Now I am reminded of Nikhil's words after Pallavi is ousted from the house. Mansi di you have your mother's traits is what Nikhil says to her face. I really feel it is Mansi is more like Sulo and Amrutha was manipulated. I really hope Amrutha, Nikhil, Aayi and Milind come back and be the support team for Raghav - Pallavi.

I don't think it is DNA reports - do they come this quick? And if the DNA reports are confirming that Mandar is son of Vijay then why would he go alone without dragging Pallavi along with him? I think it might be more of a legal notice or something like that.

This is one of the reason why they say elders know what they know and there they talked about ppl like her

Amma was a scene stealer. I am really glad that the actor got changed for Amma's role. I feel Geeta Mam is more warm and her relationship with Sai is more natural. I don't know because when I started watching it was Geeta mam as Jaya and I loved her strong character. In fact, I did not like the sangeet episode parts where Jaya goes and talks to Vijay after Pallavi and Raghav are missing.

I loved the way Amma consoled both of her children. Both Pallavi and Raghav were behaving like school kids who wanted to have proofs for them being married and being husband and wife. The desperation was so real for both Raghav and Pallavi. I am so glad that Amma gave them the right advice and that lead them to confess their feelings and the beautiful hug. The confession and the acceptance of the love truly strengthen their faith in each other and they are going to fight this new issue together.
