What is up with her? Why is she not responding to my texts?shiva was worried about raavi. She didn't pick up his call in the morning.she did not reply to his message either.he wanted to make today special for her.he had some things in mind.but this gadhedi was ignoring him.
Raavi didn't feel like getting up from the bed today.she lied on her bed lifelessly looking at the ceiling.anita made her forcefully eat her breakfast.
" Dekho na fui, raavi ki chahte se hasi gayab ho gayi hai, kal tak kaise chahak rahi thi.hum Kuch galat to Nahi Kar rahe hai na? " Anita asked unsure.
" Are abhi Kuch din Ka dukh Zindagi Bhar ke dukh as to behtar hi hai.maasima hu Mai uski.jo bhi Kar rahi hi uska bhala Soch ke Kar rahi hu." Maasi replied.
Anita nodded unsure.
It was lunch time.anita again made raavi eat a few morsels.
Shiva was now getting restless.he wanted to go to her but there was a lot of work at the store today.gombi had to go for some land related work.kaka was not well, so he had taken The Day off.shiva had to manage everything alone.
He messaged her twice again during the day.but still there was no response.
Finally in the evening he was free.dhara had said Krish about shiva and raavi and he was on cloud nine.gombi was a bit surprised when he heard this but he was happy for the kids.
When shiva came home everyone questioned him.
" Tune raavi ko bata diya Sab Kuch? " Krish asked excitedly.
" Kya Kaha usne ?" Dhara joined him.
" Dekh shiva, tum dono ke raazi hone ke baad humein maa ki bhi Manana hai.tu jaldi bata " gombi said
Shiva shook his head at the excitement of his family.he was feeling a bit embarrassed.he was not the one who shared his feelings openly with anyone.
" Kya aap log?.subah se store Mai tha..abhi to Ghar Aya hu.meri raavi se Baat bhi nahi hui hai aaj"he said.
Everyone's face fell.
" Are Raat abhi baaki hai.tujhe aaj Sab Kuch bolna hi Hoga shiva " Krish said
" Are abhi Kaise? " Shiva said unsure.
" Krish Sahi keh Raha hai.tera bas chale na to Tu ek aur Saal laga de Apne dil ki Baat kehne mai.tune socha tha na ki aaj use Sab bata dega? To aaj hi batayega." Dhara said firmly
Shiva sighed.they were right.he wanted to make her his as soon as possible.he is not having a good feeling since morning.he needed her by his side.
He looked at the time.it was 7 pm.not too late.
" Krish...Mera ek kaam karega? " He said.
Krish happily nodded.
He went to raavi's room as usual.she was laying on the bed looking tired and drained out.
His excitement was replaced by worry seeing her like that.
" Raavi...Tu thk hai? " He said bringing his hand to her forehead to check her.
Raavi jerked up hearing his voice and shoved his hand away.
" Yeh Sab kya hai shiva? Aise koi ATA hai kya Kisi ladki ke kamre Mai?" She said.
Shiva gave her a confused look.
" Mai to aise hi ATA hu. Isme Naya kya hai? " He asked.
" Dekh shiva.aise Accha Nahi Lagta.anita Di aur maasi ko bhi pata chal gaya hai ki Tu is Tarah mujhse Milne aata hai.tu abhi ja yaha se." She said pushing him.
" Acha ruk.. pehle mujhe yeh bata ki Teri tabiyat thk hai ki Nahi." He said.
Raavi sighed and nodded.
"Pakka?" He asked again to be surely.he can shift his plan to some other day if she was not feeling ok.
" Hann shiva...Mai bilkul thk hoo." She assured him.
" To taiyar ho ja.mujhe tujhe Kuch dikhana hai." He Said with a twinkle in his eyes.
" Abhi? " Raavi asked.
" Hann..abhi.acche se taiyar hona.mai neeche bike pe tera wait Kar Raha hu." He said and went away.
" Par..." She tried to ask him but he was gone.
She picked out a navy blue salwar and wore it.
Anita Di and maasi entered the room and saw her getting ready.
"Maine Kaha tha na Tu us shiva se Milne Nahi jayegi.kyu taiyar ho rahi hai Tu? " Maasi asked.
" Sab Kuch khatam Karne jaa rahi hu maasi.agar Mai aise hi use ignore karti rahi to kya hoga? Woh koi na koi bahana dhund lega mujhse Milne Ka, mere paas and Ka." Raavi said.
" Plzz mujhe aaj jaane dijiye maasi.mujhe shiva ko khudse dur Karne ke liye uski umeed ko khatam Karni padegi." She said with tears in her eyes.
Her maasi nodded reluctantly.
Raavi went down and saw shiva on his bike waiting.she silently got on the bike .he rode off.
They reached a deserted place.in the middle of that place was a tree.it was decorated with fairy lights.there was a setting of table and two chairs under the tree with covered food.
It was beautiful.the moon shone brightly on them making the Ambience more serene.
Krish has done his job well. shiva thought.
Raavi's heart sank when she saw the setting.she knew where this was going.her heart started beating faster.
Shiva held her hands and took her under the tree.
He looked at her with With all the love of the world contained in his eyes.
How can she hurt him? What did she do to deserve this love?
"Raavi..mai...matlab..Mai Nahi jaanta kya hua kaise hua par ab Tu meri Zindagi ban chuki hai.gombi hamesha kehte the ki meri Zindagi tere ird gird ghumti hai, ab Mai unka matlab samjha.tujhe dekhe Bina tujhse Baat kiye Bina Mera din adhura rehta hai.apne Ghar se maami ke Ghar tak Ka rasta Tay Karna ek arse jaisa Lagta hai.iss faasle ko Mita dete hai .aaja mere pass hamesha ke liye raavi.hamesha meri nazron ke Saamne rahegi Tu.meri subah tujhe dekhkar shuru hogi,aur Raatein tujhpar seemat Kar khatam" he said
Raavi's eyes filled up listening to him.she should have stopped him before , but she was selfish.she wanted to feel his love for her one last time.
She jerked his hand away and turned around.she took a deep breath and controlled her tears.
" Yeh kya bakwaas Kar Raha hai shiva? " She said firmly.
Shiva looked at her confused. He knew she loved him.he could see it in her eyes.he can't misread her that wrong.
"Raavi Tu...." He started only to be interrupted by raavi who showed her a hand.
" Tujhe kya laga? Mere Saath yeh Sab ho Gaya to tera chance hai? Bechari ke Saath Kitna Bura hua.mai uske dukh Ka faida utha deta hu.tere kandhe par sar rakhke Kuch aansun kya baha diye, Tu to sar par chadh gaya.dekh shiva, aaj bhi tera Mera faasla Mita Nahi hai.tu mehekte hue tel ki Tarah hai, aur Mai saaf paani.hum dono Kabhi ek Nahi ho sakte" she said.each word piercing her heart.each insult tearing her apart.but she had to do it.its all for his good.
Shiva stood shocked.is that what she thought after all this while.after all their moments?
" Tu thera ek junglee, gawar, chalta phirta kirane Ka dukaan.mai aaj bhi raavi hu.zindagi ne Kuch mushkil ghadi zaroor dikhayi hai, iska MATLAB yeh Nahi ki raah chalte kisika bhi haath pakad Lu" she said. It was the last straw.she choked at the last line.she could she his eyes tearing up.she controlled herself not to give in to the urge of crushing him in her arms.
Shiva came forward and held her face with both his hands.
"Yeh kya keh rahi hai Tu? Sun rahi hai khudko? In chand mahino mai Hamare beech Kuch nahi badla?meri ankhon Mai dekhkar keh ki Tu mere liye kuch mehsoos Nahi karti." He asked in disbelief.
" Nahi karti.nahi karti main tujhse PYAR.yehi Sunna Chahta hain na Tu?" She removed his hands from his face and again turned around.
"Kuch samay ke liye Mai kamzor zaroor pad gayi thi par ab nahi.mai sambhal chuki hoo.mujhe tujhse aur pandyas se koi rishta Nahi Rakhna.bahut ehsaan Kiya hai tune mujhpar.mujhe doctor ke paas leke Gaya, bills bhare.mai saara paisa bhej dungi tujhe.par aaj se mujhse Milne ki kosish mat karna" She said firmly.
Shiva was numb.how could she be this harsh? He knew her from childhood.she was never this rude even in her hatred.yes, she did call him names but that never bothered him. But today her each word was crushing his self esteem bit by bit.he couldn't force love, could he? He respected her decision.if she didn't want to be with him, so be it.
She looked at him one last time.she had to leave before it's too late.
" Ruk " shiva said.
She turned around, his blood shot eyes looked blank.there were no emotions in them.no love, hurt or even hatred.
"Tujhe yahan Mai leke Aaya tha.to tujhe Ghar Ghar chodne ki zimmdari bhi meri hai.bahut Raat ho chuki hai " he said
" Kal se Nahi miluga tujhse.bas Kuch aur pal ISS junglee ko bardasht Kar le " he said
Why shiva? Why do you have to make this more difficult? He still cared for me.she let out a small whimper , but he couldn't hear it amidst the blowing winds.
He sat on his bike silently waiting for her.she slowly got up.
She kept her hand on his shoulder softly.the ride back was silent.her house came.she left the bike.shiva left the moment she got off.this was the first time he didn't look back.
Raavi fell onto the ground crying her heart out.she was shivering.she let out all the pain that she had been holding.she prayed god to protect him.to give him all the happiness he deserves in his life.
