It need not be anything bad or good, can be anything.. example, I have stopped eating non-veg .. my own personal choice.. my family still eats non-veg and I cook but don’t eat…

I climbed a mountain and to watch the sunrise ,,,,, the sun melting the ice was the most beautiful thing ever, regardless of how ill I was. Also the fresh rivers cutting through the mountains.....it was surreal....I've never seen a more beautiful sight. The torrential rain in the thick forest made the trees and plants almost dance. Never seen such a beautiful sight before.

Memory - I had the best sleep of my life ever. We lit a fire, it was still raining but there was no tension, no pressure..no phone..no work...just us surviving out there. When we woke up in the morning, we found out that we were visited by buffalos and elephants...but they just passed the site without doing anything. To think of an elephant walking past you in your sleep......I'm glad I made that trip. It changed how I handled my troubles because the mountain teaches you to keep going, no matter what.
