My FIL was the Chief Post Master General for the State of Maharashtra and Goa in the 90s. He brought in several changes to improve the service and has won awards as well. I can totally relate to KD’s message when he talks about postal services. I have heard countless stories from my FIL over the years and how they made sure postal services were never interrupted even in adverse conditions and he had opened several Post Offices in remote villages so the people don’t have to walk miles to get their mails or send something.

This was all before the advent of email and the courier service, gone are those days😭 He had worked in Postal Services for 35 years all over India, now when he hears about the disarray in the department it breaks his heart😕
