You could feel something in Sai in GC because she had started to develop something unknown to her, without her own knowledge at that time. But she got hurt ever since she came to know he had someone in his life and had given commitment to her. Not just that, he didn’t want to accept her as his wife which really hurt her from what I understand. Even if I understand Virat’s position, I can understand why Sai is where she is now. He put both of them into this position, created this mess during and after marriage too.

He has to first come clean with his past and clear the deal part of their marriage. When a person has always been calling her his responsibility and suddenly starts developing emotions, started to show his emotions, we can’t expect that she starts to understand it or be able to differentiate it as love now. It is the conflicting words and changed behavior in him that she is confused with and hesitant to even think of it as love. She keeps asking him directly too as who she is to him. She has even told him that she is unable to understand but he fails to clarify. It is not only now but she has always noted his wavering behavior and has pointed out to him asking him about it but he has never cleared it. She has asked him why should he feel jealous during Amay’s track or Aniket’s episode too.

I feel that Virat should actually apologise to Sai to have even made that marriage proposal and say that he made a mistake, wants to correct it and wants to make their marriage a real one and ask for a chance from her to make their marriage work.

I agree an apology is needed ..,and also a heart to heart talk about how he met patralekha .. what is the depth Pf their friendship.. virat claims to know Sai in and out .. he does not .. and Sai also does not know him too well

Keeping this thread aside, I can never get to bring myself to expect that virat will confess first. It is in line with his character and his concern/love for sai. He will have doubts that she might not like him. he is reading her wrong, I agree and that is because the signals from her are mixed due to her own battles.

going through several opinions here in the forum, he might be thinking how sai will understand his love for her different from his love for pakhi or he is waiting for her to fall in love with him or he is afraid that she might reject him or his own gentleman attitude to give her time to realize her feelings…. This man will not confess and the story rightly shows the same. He thinks A LOT!

I wish they show his monologues....will give a clear picture.
