I love Nancy Drew, and Hardy Boys too. There was also the crossover books. Have you read them? Those were nice too!

I do. I read some crossovers and a couple of Hardy Boys series but didn't get into it for some reason.

When I was in high school, I had an insane reading obsession. Every day I would read at least one book. My record though was 4 books. 🤣 It's so true... when you read so many, you forget the names. Unless they are really good!

So cool to read that more people read multiple books a day. My friends think i'm crazy when I say I have read 3 books in one day.🤣

Also, please don't be surprised forum people, but I actually don't like Harry Potter (it's rich coming from someone who read a ton of HP fanfics). It started off really well, but somewhere in the middle, it lost it's magic for me.

I've realized that I have quite unique tastes on this forum 🤣

OMG, yes!! I loved Junie B Jones, Judy Bloom, and Marvin Redpost series too. And now that I think about it, I can see traces of Junie B Jones's type of humor in your stories. It's right up your alley. Were you also a fan of the Ramona Series?

HP, I joined the bandwagon much later. I saw the second movie first at my cousin's place and then the first. For the longest time, I never understood the hype. One summer afternoon, I was bored at her place and pulled the first book and was intrigued by the first chapter. Finished the 6 books within a week or so before the 7th book was about to be released. I fell in love with it so much that my Dad and Cousins stood in line at midnight to get me a copy of the 7th book. And it was special for me in so many different ways.

And unique tastes are good. That's how we learn of something different, broaden our horizons, and branch out.ā¤ļø
