Honestly, if I was GAuRa, I'm not sure if I'd be proud or concerned.

And Architect needs to be consulted not only for the design, but to verify if the foundation is strong to build upon it and the construction in itself. These guys run a grocery store. Where did they develop building skills and that to fairly quickly?!

If you watched KD Sr.'s BTS, I think yesterday they were shooting for the bedroom revelation scene. I think the 5 of them snunjnin the room to decorate it at night so GauRa are surprised the next day that their bedroom is ready to be shifted in. But from where will they get money?!

Here Gaura are worried about the finances, but Rishita is interested in shopping and the rest think money is growing on trees (only paper is growing on trees which is used to print the money), financial literacy is really poor for a family which is running a business😕

Before I say anything, I need to give it to Kinshuk today for fantastically portraying the frustration of the head of the family in the Middle Ages trying to don the hat of the father figure, taking the burden of the entire family on his shoulders while dealing with the frustration of being an incapable husband.

I don’t understand why would Hardik not be angry? We have seen past instances where Hardik has got angry with Gautam whenever Dhara’s self-respect has been compromised. The same Hardik was as furious as Shiva when he had got to know that Dhara was humiliated by Janardhan Seth!

He had said such mean words to Gautam. It’s ironic that in the 21st century, there is still so much bias against mayke wale speaking in the matters of Sasuraal.

A woman has all the rights to be treated well at her in-laws place, and if it’s not the case, the brother has full right to voice his opinion. What’s with this obsession about Mera Ghar?

Hardik got Dhara married to Gautam without even thinking for a second about his sister! He has full right to scold Gautam!

What kind of archaic values are we teaching? It’s high time that we break the notions of patriarchy, and stop viewing everything from a singular lens.

There is absolutely nothing wrong if Hardik would want to financially help Gautam. They could take it as a loan as you would take it from a bank. And, start paying EMI’s to repay it. Making her asleep in the veranda while getting beds for other people is hilarious. 😆

Also, the best arrangement could have been all the men sleeping outside, and letting the women sleep in the rooms.

& I go all, "what the hell were you thinking? today's our assessment day, for the love god, stop pulling pranks & be serious"

to which he while literally crying in pain, his dramatic ass goes, "it's all your fault, you know my brain can't function in the kitchen, so, you just HAD TO go ahead look cute today & now my eyes are BURNING, I swear to god, if I go blind it's all gonna be your fault"

"oh, would you just calm down? I'm getting you water, stop making me panic"

I end up passing him water in bowls till the time his pain subsides & I realise that he's just acting as if he's in pain just to make feel guilty

so being the ✨satan's spawn✨ that I am (& who he now loves), I pass him the flour (atta) bowl :))

he ends up pouring it on himself, so, point 1 for team sara, which got nullified because he recovered wayyy faster than I thought & ended up pouring the refined flour (maida) on me

pro tip: I know it looks & sounds very romantic on tv & in stories, but trust me, there’s nothing romantic about getting flour out of your hair for 7 days straight & trying not to rip your hair out in the process

once we get tired of chasing each other & throwing things, I go, “we only have an hour left & nothing is ready, you need to stop”

he says, “I’m not stopping, you stop” & stubbornly steps forward

“stop right there, if you don’t, I swear I’ll tell everyone you thought that I looked 'SO CUTE' today & guess what, I'm gonna make them believe me, after all, you know how convincing I can be”

well, threatening him with my ✨persuasion skills✨ got him to do the needful immediately

yes, we ended up finishing the assessment & no, we weren’t graded on the basis of our cakes, we were graded on the fact that the judges won’t stop laughing at us

A+ seemed like a pretty good grade for us looking like idiots (& the cake was delicious jbtw)

although, how the thing turned out edible is beyond me

this & every story I have ever shared on the forum is exactly why shivi is SO CLOSE to my heart

Even though it's for shivi to get close I like the idea of raavi working at the store and not staying home doing nothing lol just now need rishita to find her own self and do something besides getting petty jealous over material things lol

Especially for an MBA grad. Financial Analysis should be part of his courses. But seems like he traded that in for architectural course. 😂😂 They also had amnesia about woman mathematician who used her business acumen to bring their life back up on track.if Janu's a bottlebwck, can't they file a case against him in court for monopoly?! (I'd assume business law was part of MBA's curriculum as well! 🤷🏾‍♀️)

I agree with you. If they can take a loan from bank with sky high interests, what's wrong with borrowing money from hardik who is your best friend and your sisters brother?.the man has been handling it all alone since so many years. I am guessing from the show that Hardik has a stable job, his brothers have grown up.there is no harm in taking help or sharing your problems once in a while.

But I guess itv is far from concept of showing mayke wale giving financial help to sasural walee.that will show gombi as weak and incapable.we are in a society where the concept of Ghar jamai is ridiculed and the daughter in law staying in an extended joint family is given an example of and applauded.

Gender roles are complex.on one hand we have the swabhiman issue of ladke wale.on another hand we have the social evil of dowry.its an irony!

Trust me we still have the notion of beti ke Ghar Ka Pani bhi Nahi pite.my nanaji had never eaten a meal in my dadajis house.even though they were friends, played cards with each other,talked for hours but he would always go back to his house for meals.( The houses were just 2 km away)

What a waste of good education! I wish they never showed Dev as a MBA topper, what a disgrace!😕

Yeah , it's nice to see raavi working.i hope they soon show Dev involved in the pandya store branches . rishita can help him out.its too many people for a single store.i know I have said it before.😆😆

Yess, they could have shown him as a normal graduate.and it's pandemic time , they could have shown him working from home, contributing something to the income of family instead of just sitting and rejecting job offers 🤣🤣.
