I guess it was just something she does before she changes her clothes and Raghav knows this. A silent way of letting him know ki I am going for it. Because the smile that came up his face was worthwhile.

It was added because ‘aankhon hi aankhon me baatein’ is such a Raghvi thing 😆 and just creates a more authentic and creatively pleasing scene than her just walking away with the dress.

I guess what made it that impactful was we all knew he always had some feelings for her and that’s where it was coming from. The fact that once all his MUs about Pallavi were gone, Raghav straight away wanted her to be a part of his life forever- that’s how strongly he felt for this girl. And he was willing to do anything to make her stay, whatever it takes. That’s all what this line implied. Like I will make up for my mistakes so good that you won’t be able to say no. Just few words and he said so much! ❤️

He was confident that he is not going to give up on her now no matter what!
