Without Shiva's signature no damn person can purchase/sell his land. Neither Rashikbhai nor Janardhan have a right to buy or sell. Plus Shiva has 6 months to pay off his loan...

Lets assume 6 months are over, still Lender can't take entire land value... They have to deduct whatever they owe and return the remaining amount to Shiva

Just an Example: They sell land in 5lac, they deduct and keep 2.5 lac including interest so they have to return 2.5 lac to Shiva ...this is how borrowing works... pls correct me if I am wrong.

I think we seriously have to put our brain in backyard .. Cause we can't expect logic from ITV shows.
