Fair enough.

It's not about liking or disliking. I like both. But they are both justified in their own place. Sidra didn't have to face the brunt of all the responsibilities on her shoulders directly, everything was managed by their mother and Kashaf mainly.. Sidra could take the backseat and relax a bit.. that's why she could have that kind of mindset, she didn't see any upfront struggles like Kashaf.. she was generally not the one who had to make the ends meet. And when you don't see all that from your eyes directly you have the privilege of being in the bubble of all good thoughts.

Yes Kashaf saw a lot many sorrows, I can't even imagine what it would feel like after being such an obedient and kaabil daughter and being dejected by your own father just because of your gender.. and then dealing with financial crisis and seeing your mother struggling day in and day out for even the basic things and even a proper meal.. to provide for all needs of your younger sisters and letting go of your own aspirations.. it's very very tough to be her in real life.. and her character was the most realistic ones.. struggle does make you like that.. happy happy socho happy happy hoga.. ye sirf bolne mein acha lagta hai.. but reality me jo face karta hai usse pata hota hai happy happy nahi socha jaata.. jab sach me kuch acha na ho raha ho..
