You're right but the bigger the fandom gets, the bigger the issues & fanwars. We can't expect same maturity or understanding ftom other people. Mainly we can't control everyone's reactions. Actors will and can receive hate for anything. Their opinions, actions, social media activity, what they said, what their character did, their real life preferences etc. It's a part of their job but I am sure Shivangi will handle the criticism gracefully if it ever comes her way and good thing is she is not much active on social media, in saishi live she even said that she doesn't read all her dms so that way she is already not much involved in fandom stuff unlike Ketan who reads everything & knows all the happenings in the fandom.

That's true! I understand what you're saying, of course it's part and parcel of the job, and actors know what they're getting into, of course all fans can't be mature. It's still a bit unfortunate though, y'know? I'm glad she stays away from fandom drama in that sense.
